  • Step # 03: Now, simply wait to receive an email or a text message from the NSFAS to get further instructions.
  • Step # 04: Once you receive the instructions email, simply follow them through to change your password. Make sure you create a stronger password that you would remember easily. And that’s it! As soon as you create the new password, your profile will be unlocked instantly.

Why Did My NSFAS Account Got Blocked?

There could be multiple reasons that could lead up to your NSFAS account getting blocked but the most recurring one is when you enter your account details incorrectly three consecutive times.
